Yes, there is something wrong, seriously is this for real? You've not said if/when you paid and how, and honestly, this the only contact you made with them? You've waited over a year to see if it arrives WITHOUT opening a Paypal dispute etc...or anything??
Please explain further as this is totes bizarre...

Yes, this is real. I wouldn't lie about this sort of thing. The order was on the 21 of January of last year. I have tried MULTIPLE times. The disputes never worked.

We're gonna need a bit more info here. Did you pay them? How? How much? When? What for? Was it an in stock item or a custom item? Did you try to get into contact with them other than when you cancelled the order and then changed your mind? Was there any response to the message you sent that you did want to continue the purchase? I can't really pass judgement or even answer your question because if no money ever changed hands or you never bothered to contact them in the past year about why you hadn't yet received the item then yes there is something wrong, but its not with them.
