life is still going on and i am happy i am unimployed don't have a car and live in a hell hole but i'm happy why is that.

You're happy because you're in love and nothing else matters. It doesn't matter if you live in a house of screaming people, it doesn't matter if you can't go far, just so long as you're with the one you love. THAT is why you are happy.
