Penelope had spent the afternoon reading, that was until a couple phone calls interrupted the peaceful quiet of her day. So of course she returned them, mildly confused, but determined to put her mind at ease once more.

Hurley knocked on Penelope's door, completely unaware of any message she may have intended to leave him. Or that he'd even sent her a message.

"Hey, I brought some brownies I picked up on my way home from work," he said.
