Ok so I just spent all day gardening... well sort of.  The thing is Mark loves having fresh vegetables but we are both far too busy to tend a full blown garden.  We didn't have one at all last year and Mark's regret was palpable.

This year I didn't want him to go without  so I had to devise a way to have a garden without all the work.  I
