IIRC, the people whose potential was unlocked by Izanami automatically get Izanagi as a persona, right?

So, instead of thinking about humanity's true intentions and wishes and all of that junk, what if she just wanted Izanagi back? Yup, instead of "Man I want humanity to be happy" Izanami, why not "God I hate him for betraying but man I still love him" love-lorn Izanami?

Pretty much some AU where Izanami, for some reason being unable to reach the real Izanagi, attempts to recreate him in humans (since it was implied she awakened the potential in a lot more people). After a lot of failed attempts, she narrowed it down to Souji and Adachi, since Namatame didn't exactly work out since he loves Mayumi. But Adachi's still a psychotic bitch, so naturally the closest to however Izanagi is like would be Souji, yes?

I haven't given any thought on how everyone else would fit in or how everything would end out, but yeah. I'll just leave that to your imaginations. ;D

I think this sounds really cool and have actually been thinking about Izanami in different ways like this. I don't think I could write it, but have a heartfelt second.

fhasdjcbsnm tugging at my heartstrings, writer!anon. Man, that line just makes me think, every time Souji sees any of the girls, he just gets a twinge (or a fullblow) of sadness.

Bleh, I was the person who seconded this, but this morning I woke up and had to write this. I'd like to point out that I'm not that far in the game so I probably got Izanami all wrong, but oh well ( ... )
