Why, hello there, kittens! I'm Kanji, esteemed reporter of all things fabulous and ever so delightfully naughty, and I'm here with a most special update for a fandom just beginning its long, hard... journey into adulthood~!

end in massive headaches/pain/embarassing positions for the P4 cast as they all end up crashing into each other and getting hit over the head with schooldesks/shot in the buttcheeks etc.
Also, let's pretend you can have everyone present in your battle party at once :P.
If there be any pairings (which are not necessary), I would love to see Chie/Yukiko.
Post-battle argument at the local hospital would be win.

Damn it, I got to stop stinking at writing things so I can fill a request or two here... :x

Well that was fine. She could smile, tailing along behind them, because she wasn't cradling a swollen cheek, or her elbow, or her hip, or anything else, because she wasn't injured.
Nurses stared in open-mouthed astonishment at them as they trudged through the doors of Inaba Municipal and waited for instructions.
"What... happened?" one breathed.
Yosuke had planned for this. "Bluelight special on Featherman action figures at Junes. We were caught unprepared in front of the toy section." He stepped forward (so did Yukiko, and as they were both supporting Chie, she made an awkward little hop on the foot that wasn't sprained), staring with a look of 'remembered' horror at the nurse who had spoken. "Imagine four dozen frantic parents- desperate to get that coveted toy just in time for the holiday." He pitched his voice to a fearful whisper, "We were lucky to get out alive ( ... )

Everyone turned to Souji, leaning against the wall with his head tilted back and a handkerchief pressed to his nostrils. The red spots on white weren't a choice on the fabric designer's part.
"Don' blame Theddie. He'th thill new at thith."
Some of the ire drained away after that. Guilty glances, pained winces and Yosuke crossed his arms over his chest- winced and shifted until there wasn't any weight to pull the bruise on his upper arm.
"It wasn't your fault," Yosuke muttered. "We didn't know that Hand wasn't as strong as the one we had to beat for the Orb of Darkness."
Rise opened her mouth- possibly to tell them that she had told them that, possibly more than once. Yosuke caught that and glared. Rise wisely chose to remain silent. Souji couldn't see them with his head tilted back and never noticed ( ... )

First he looked at Souji. Stared. "Are you okay?"
"A few bruises," Souji admitted. "I don't think my nose is broken."
Dojima nodded. Then suddenly he flipped from Uncle to Detective and his glare could have melted steel.
"We heard the story from the nurses," Dojima was saying. At least, Yosuke thought so. It was hard to hear over the gibbering panic of his own thoughts. "Do you really expect us to believe a mob of panicked shoppers did this to you?"
"I dunno, Dojima-san," Adachi muttered. "Junes can get crazy around the holidays."
"What holiday is that, Adachi?"
The younger detective wilted under Dojima's glare. Yosuke felt a stab of sympathy for the guy as Souji's uncle turned to him.
"If I go to your father with this story, will he even know about this 'sale'?"
Yosuke winced, opened his mouth despite the panic and sudden blanking of his mind. His fault. How did everything always always become his fault? Especially where Teddie was concerned ( ... )

Dojima paused, slipped the cigarette into his front pocket with the rest of the pack. "I'm listening."
"We had planned to meet at Junes this afternoon. Chie and I were walking there together when the bullies found us."
"Bullies?" Naoto repeated.
"Those ones we keep hearing reports about," Adachi chimed in, "local thugs extorting ki-"
Naoto's jaw tightened and Yosuke had the feeling that she'd known that- but she wanted to hear what Souji would say ( ... )

"Oh, Chie," Yukiko whispered.
Yosuke felt, through the sudden need to find these guys and kick their not-so-imaginary asses, that he was intruding on a private moment.
Awkward.
At least he wasn't the only one to feel that way. Kanji was scratching his neck. Rise looked torn between melting into a giggling puddle of Idol and going off to kick some ass herself.
Teddie... was still unconscious.
They were interrupted by the doctor, who went straight to the bed and started the examination.
"Perhaps we can continue this discussion outside," Naoto said, eyeing Souji.
Yosuke wouldn't wince. He would not. The last thing they needed was to separate the team and have Naoto come back to interrogate the ones who stayed in the room. How in the hell would they keep the stories straight? How would Teddie have any clue ( ... )

Souji smiled a little more at that, and Yosuke was glad he'd said it. Then he felt Dojima's stare, and it faded... just a little.
"We did, Dojima-san. They were late, and we figured that wasn't really like Souji- Teddie and I knew what direction they'd be coming from, so we headed out." Kind of true. The four of them had been the front battle line in the TV world. "We found them- saw the fight and jumped in."
Dojima looked at Rise, who looked upset. "Kanji too. But I stayed behind with Yukiko-senpai."
Which fit- since Rise hadn't actually fought the Hand, and Yukiko had been close enough to the edge of the fight to avoid the worst of the melee. Yukiko blushed angrily.
"I don't know how to fight," she whispered.
Yosuke allowed himself a congratulatory thought. His lips didn't even start to twitch.
"You shouldn't have to," Dojima grimaced. "None of you should have been fighting," he said, angry, but Yosuke dared to hope he was more pissed at the bullies than at them. He turned on ( ... )
