Are you kidding? This is adorable. I can totally see Naoto being embarrassed that Kanji is teaching her how to sew--not because it's girly, but because she would completely suck at it.

I came up with a title! Yay for me!

“Hey Naoto. ‘Sup?”

“Good evening, Kanji-kun.” Naoto smiled lightly, though it dipped, catching the unease on Kanji’s face at once. She had barely taken a breath to ask what was wrong when he spoke again.

“Hey, um . . . I just gotta warn ya . .” He rubbed the back of his neck. “Ma likes to cook . . . a lot.”

“This is a bad thing?”

“Well . . . uh . . . kinda . . .”

Naoto arched an inquisitive brow in response as he continued.

“Thing is she cooks too much and, well, I just hope you’re really hungry.”

“Naoto-chan!”

The two looked over to where Mrs. Tatsumi stood in the door way. “You’re just in time, dear. Kanji just finished setting the table, so please come and have a seat.”

“Yes, of course.” The blue haired girl gave a small nod as she followed Mrs. Tatsumi into the dining area. The smell of cooked rice and vegetables hit her at once, so enticing that she almost started salivating. Almost
