The clothes don't come close to fitting him. The pullover's scratchy against his skin, the skirt makes his legs feel cold, and above all else it's a fricking girl's uniform.

"I think you look adorable," Naoto says, but he can tell she's trying not to laugh. "And it's not like you haven't done this before."

He scowls. Blonde wig, white dress, half the school laughing at him. "C'mon, you promised you wouldn't mention that." Chie said he would look pretty, dammit. He can't really blame her though. Kanji's been called a lot of things in his life, but pretty isn't one of them.

"You saw me wearing the same thing." Though she's smirking, just slightly, Naoto's voice is resolute. "It's only fair. Consider it a Christmas present."

"But you were cute." It's true, and he knows it'll make her blush; it's kind of why he says it. "This isn't even the right size."
