“Y-yes,” stuttered Yosuke, clearly uncomfortable. When Souji leaned back with a frown, Yosuke let out a breath of obvious relief.

“Ah,” said Souji, lowering his eyes. “That kind of break.”

“No, not that kind of break,” Yosuke squawked indignantly, dropping his pen and standing up, his chair rattling across the room. The edge of the back of the chair was going to leave imprints in Yosuke’s palm. He lifted and fell - movements messy and awkward, because sex was never graceful or perfect, just good, and great, because it was with Souji, and for these moments, thoughts about murder and shadows didn’t even have time to rear their heads, when all he could think about was God, good, feels good, Souji, right there, oh god, please, I lo-.
