He inhaled sharply, closed his eyes, and exhaled. He did it again, then again, then added a weird sort of knee bend every time he breathed out.

"What are you doing?"

Kanji frowned. "Getting into character. Whaddya think?"

"Oh, my God..."

"That's what actors do!" Kanji actually looked horrified as Souji collapsed into the fetal position. "It ain't funny, it's serious business, Senpai ( ... )

Glancing around the room, Kanji obviously noticed the amused expression on Souji's face and Teddie's smug grin, but he held his ground. He crossed his arms over his chest and managed to look about as dignified and manly as a high school boy in glitter and a fire-damaged kimono possibly could. "I just think... you know, if we're gonna do this, let's do this right, dammit! Okay?!"

"Whatever you say, dear," Teddie replied immediately as he hooked his arm through Kanji's and rested his head on the boy's shoulder ( ... )
