Indeed, as Nanako had said, there was a little kitten lying in the bushes. He mewed happily when he saw his friend come back, with a new friend in tow. Far from recoiling in fear like most people tended to do when faced with Kanji, the kitten happily lumbered out of the bush to greet him. As Kanji bent down, the little creature happily brushed up against his fingers and purred ( ... )
