...just so you guys know, this is what i did for the characters
Haruhi = Naoto
Tamaki = Kanji
Kyoya = Soji
Hikaru & Kaoru = Yosuke
Hunny = Teddie
Mori = Running Boy
Renge = Rise
Nekozawa (random shadowy guy) = Mitsuo
Beelzenelf (his puppet) = the fox

Except for casting I'll probably go with:
Haruhi = Naoto
Tamaki = Yosuke
Kyoya = Souji or Adachi... haven't decided
Hikaru = Daisuke
Kaoru = Kou
Hunny = Teddie
Mori = Adachi or Souji... again, undecided.
Renge = Rise
Ritsu = Kanji

I have to dig out my copies of Ouran (they're somewhere on a shelf or something :P), but I may want to "redo" the episodes/part where Ritsu comes seeking Mori's help and falls for Haruhi. XD
