Can't ignore that voice and he's losing concentration. Naoto must realize, because she stares up at him, just for a moment, her expression unreadable - then starts nipping and sucking the skin at his throat. One hell of a way to gain his attention back, and he takes it as an invitation to nudge further between her legs.
