Adachi waited until the Medical examiner finished for the day and had gone home before he went into the morgue. After checking the records, he found the correct cabinet and pulled it out, looking down at the once beautiful reporter.

"Hello Mayumi. Remember me? I'm the guy you ignored and rejected without even a second thought. You were so high and mighty." He sneered a bit. Looking at her now, he wondered why he was ever interested.
