Nothing really happening here. just kinda chilling, waiting for a mother of an amazon order to get to my house. books and movies galore! i bought a lot of terry pratchett, who is a really spiffy writer. And then i bought some books to finish three series that i have half of. and a dvd of romeo and juliet.

Are any of the new Pratchetts are as good as the ones I read last fall? Can I steal them for a short time? Here's a recommendation for you, (I say recommendation because I'm still reading it, and I have a mental list of people who have asked to borrow it!) Donna Gillespie's "The Light Bearer". It's about a Germanic pagan cheiftainess who together with the cleverest and noblest (and youngest) of all the Roman senators is going to kill the evil Emperor! You should read it! It's VERY GOOD! Over 1,000 pages of feminist epic!
