I am just so frustrated...and bored of being pregnant!!
Saturday night we went to a Braves game at Turner Field with Josh's mom and stepdad. It was KSU night, and students, alumni and their family and friends got discounted tickets and got to walk around the field before the game. No baby yet. Both appetite and mood seem to have stabilized some, though. I'm still having occasional contractions, not as strong as yesterday. I'm starting to think that all the people who didn't think I would make it through this weekend are wrong. Yesterday, I did a lot of nesting. This morning, I took myself for a prenatal massage. It was wonderful. I tried to work on some visualizations, and just let myself go into completely relaxed mode. I had a check up yesterday. I am now 2-2.5 cm dilated (YAY!!), still about 70% effaced...she didn't actually mention station, and it didn't really occur to me to ask...and I'm continuing to have contractions. The midwife I saw yesterday was one I have not seen yet...that's been kind of frustrating throughout this pregnancy...but, what can you do? ( Read more... )
