According to the text in this post she's explaining what the first video is in response to. The girl with the actual bad brows alludes to the second video. :)

No, actually, I thought that the first video's content was a bit over the top, but the eyebrows were funny in it. So, I posted the second video to give a frame of reference. She also has bad eyebrows, incidentally. I think that the way any of these people handle the situation is ridiculous and debatable, so it is both funny and not.
