I am going to make an effort to be kind to myself in August. I've put my intentions out into the universe and am putting them down here on paper too.
Medication. I will take my anti-depressants every day. I feel better when I take them, this is not a shocking statement. I have an alarm set on my phone. I have friends who don't mind holding me

Keep up the good work, and putting this out in the open and for the universe to see. :-)
And I totally agree with you about the depression and messy flat issue. When my apartment is messy, my depression go crazy as well.

So incredible important and even with the knowledge we need to be kind to ourselves often quickly forgotten in the heat of things! I think it's great to actively do it for a while at least so it will flow into the regular way of things more on its own hopefully later!
