I have a new doctor, who is actually an ARNP. Washington is one of the states where ARNPs can run their own practices without a doctor around. She is really cool

I feel like I'm supposed to be glad about a diagnosis, but it's just numb. Like, all this time of struggling to find out what's going on, this is probably it, and...so what. So thank you for being glad FOR me. Sometimes I need people to feel things that I can't feel.
I do really like Mary, though, and feel like she's on my side and ready to do what it takes. And now I'm taking a prenatal vitamin (recommended for the vitamin D and so forth, apparently better than normal vitamins) that is the size of a small car.
I'm glad you got a diagnosis. Wish it was something that didn't suck so much. Seattle's a great town to be sick in. Their hospitals are like art galleries with doctors.
