Oh God...she may be from this version of earth, but not a big city like this. Moving into a little bistro, she tried to keep herself calm as she got off of the crowded New York sidewalks. Even during the holidays, Lawrence was never this crowded. Taking a seat to the back, she waited for a server to pass by. She needed something to drink...but the hard stuff would have to wait until the evening.
She was ready for this damned plot to be over and for her to get back to what she knew. Even the manor wasn't that bad compared to the city. Idly, she wondered how everyone else was dealing with this. She knew Dean had to be doing better, he was more traveled than she was...he'd even probably been to the city a few times.
