Lost in the Darkness, a Death Note fanfic...it doesn't make sense until you've read the whole thing first, and even then, it's only the general plot line that becomes clear. Written by a supposedly twenty year old American and for some reason labeled as an adventure/humor, the story starts off with Light and a little blind girl he literally bumps ( Read more... )

The next day Light was hanging out with Ryuzaki and saw Yuzuki over by the park. He notices that she was looking around with a worried loon on her face.

Seeing Eye Dog: you're doing it wrong.

This mad me lol.

What happened to the jerk-ass Light that didn't perv on little girls? :O

But - you can't kill someone with the Death Note in such a way that their death causes someone else's. Light would either have to write both the kid's parents down or the mother would have to survive...

...why am I trying to apply logic here? Also, I'm a bad person for being so amused that he just left her at the cafe.

I think it's implied that Light just wrote "man dies of heart attack" like he usually does, and the man happened to be driving with his family at the time. But Phoebonica, in the comment above, pretty much hit the nail in the head.

And I would assume he's feeling brotherly and responsible for her, but the way it's worded, I just can't help but to think otherwise. x'D

Dear, sweet goodness, what makes people think, "I should write a story where I muck with Light's character, create a random blind sue and then mess with the grammar and spelling?" Honestly, "dissevered" indeed.

She had a worried LOON on her face? wtf?lol
The way I see it, this could mean her worried expression made her look looney OR
She had a actual loon on her face.

I liked the mental image of a girl sitting there with a worried loon for some reason sitting on her face. So I went with that one.

The way I saw it, the loon was tied to her face, hence why it was worried. -nods-
