A friend of mine refers to travels on the internet as "down the rabbit hole" ...just call me 'Alice'. It really is irresistible, especially for us designer types.

I like sheers for daytime... they filter light nicely, and IKEA usually has nice stuff. You may have to add something more opaque for evening, depending on how it's rigged. I've devised a weird form of Roman drape for my study that uses both sheers and a double-faced knit ...works reasonably well. Good luck with yours!
