i feel that i fall short so many times but, i promise i am working on it....

You're not the only one who felt a little uncomfortable with speaking out about that. We're all afraid of what others think, and I didn't realize how many people in our department have a relationship with God at all. I guess you don't know until you ask, and I hadn't asked.
