(no subject)
Well, updating dessert took too long because I didn't take pics of them at the party, I instead took pics of the small platefuls I ate the last few days. So these are the these:
The Banana Torte was brought by my friends Waya and Lala:
My mom made the rest. This is her famous carrot cake:
And her famous Tira Misu:
And her famous Rhum cake:
I like the rum cake the best, except she got sick on it today, I'm not sure why, she took drugs for her cold after eating rum cake (with real tanduay, mind you) and the concoction in her belly didn't agree with her. I had to cook the monggo we had for dinner because she went straight to bed. Funny thing, when Mom asked me to finish cooking the monggo, Dad said, "Yari na ang monggo natin." But it came out rather tasty, yay! No, I don't have pics, who wants pics of monggo?
Anyway, belated happy birthday again to my friend Darra and a very very very happy birthday to one of my best friends in the world, Marga. Hope your date rocked. ;P
