if you have any questions, just let us know! It takes a little while to get the hang of things. Make sure you are getting comments email'd to you. It took me about 2 years to figure out that you can have all your comments email'd to ya!

i'm curious about this pet story...i can just imagine the 10 little hamsters running around hating each other!

mine defaulted to send me replies to my email which was cool but I think I'm finally getting the hang of navigating thru the site - now if I can just figure out html's but not too soon - one thing at a time. lol

I am a HUGE animal lover. We rescue guinea pigs from time to time. :) We have two kitties, Howard and Nellie. Howard is four years old and Nellie is almost a year old. :) I think your cat in the picture is cute!

She looks great now and I love her but her living conditions here at home suck for her now - I'll get to that part later in my story, but when we first got her she had patches of fur from being dipped in some type of acid and she was emaciated so she didn't look all that great. I just wish I could find her a home where I know she'd be free to roam around and she'd be spoiled. Right now she literally lives in my 7yr old daughter's bedroom because our Rottweilers terrorize her. They don't ever hurt her but they LOVE to scare the crap outta her.

The funny thing is that my cat is the one that is the most invisible here at home. She's so good but i think that's because she's terrified of the dogs which is why I'd like to find her a home but I am so untrusting of strangers and I know that no-kill agencies are good, but I've seen how long they can go without being adopted and the thought of her living in a little cage all that time kills me =(

Hey, I just read this comment..Li, have you ever gone to Dewey?? (the no kill shelter off of 15)?
Girl, they have the most AWESOME cat shelter EVER. It's like a house..and the cats just get free roam. They have couches, tables, blankets, etc set up ALL over the place for the cats to feel like they are living in a house. You literally step into these french doors and there are just cats EVERYWHERE.
They have some rooms that have their own "special" cats in them. Like one room had the kittens, one had the preggo mommas, one had the more "mean" of cats but other than those 3 rooms, cats had free roam. And even in the rooms, they still had free roam, but just confined to a room ( a large one at that ). When we left there Junior said "man, if for some reason we EVER had to leave Killer for some reason, THIS is where we would bring him!" I mean those cats are LIVING IT UP there.

here was my post when i described it..

::waves:: Hi I'm Wendy! mom2jej check out my info ;)

I just recently got a dog, we adopted him from the local humane society. First 3 days... he was an ANGEL :) Now he's grown his horns :-X He won't sleep all night.... so we had to break down and buy him a crate. Which results in whining, yipping and death sounds for HOURS. And he has decided to quit going potty no matter HOW many flippin times I take him out (and we have stairs.... I don't do good, physically, with stairs). grrrrr animals are cute huh?????

Hope you get a nap during the day though!!!!!

They are cute to look at. LOL, they are cute when they are sleeping, and they are cute when they give you the sad-puppy eyes. The rest of the time, they are little spawns of satan, lol.

I've gotta give credit to my dog Brutus though. He is the most well-mannered dog ever. So calm and peaceful. My only problem with him is that he wants to mark everything right now, but that will change when he gets fixed. =O
