*blinks at at banner* um...so. they used a slashy banner to advertise a gen/het contest, and didn't mention that it was strictly gen/het? in lj? and the explanation... *face/palm* wow. that's just asking for butthurt, really. how did she not see that coming?

i've wasted my morning on stupid, myself. today has been an exceedingly wanky day.

To be fair, that was not the banner used in the LJ community ad. It was one I found clicking around the award's site trying to find where apparently I was missing the giant ass letters that say NO SLASH! that the anons kept talking about.

The Psychfic community is not on LJ, but they advertised ON LJ in a community open to het, gen and slash fics.

It was so hysterical. Every damn argument they made was easily shot down.

I'm kinda hoping we make Fandom_Wank.
