Summary: Jack blames himself for the Cyberwoman incident as much as he blames Ianto.

A/N: Double drabble.
After the initial anger and panic passed, Jack was better able to take stock of the situation. He wasn’t happy with Ianto, which was understandable, but what really stung was the fact that he’d let himself get duped all because of a pretty face and a nice arse, and it was his own fault.
He’d never bothered to dig any deeper into Ianto’s reasons for wanting to work for him, and Ianto was right, he’d never even cared enough to ask the young man anything about himself, not even how he was coping in the aftermath of Canary Wharf.
He was as much to blame for the whole mess as Ianto himself was. He should have been paying more attention, just as he should have when he’d let Suzie go to the dark side right under his nose. As Torchwood’s leader, he needed to do better; he’d already had to watch one of his team take her own life, and that couldn’t happen again.
Nevertheless, Ianto had done wrong and there needed to be consequences for that. One month suspension from work, with pay, seemed fair. It would be a suitable punishment for Jack too. A month without Ianto’s coffee.
