We have a couple of good yoga dvds that are very low impact. A lot of the time you're sitting or lying down, so that helps Emma because her balance isn't great. Give us a yell if you want us to copy them for you before we come down on the weekend. It's easy done.

At the moment I'm listening to Metallica's Black album, because it is truly awesome and is helping me write fic again for the first time since I was eighteen. It's got an edge to it that I really like. Melissa Etheridge is incredible too.

I can totally sympathise with the storage thing. There isn't really any solution except buying more furniture, which is expensive, and takes up room of its own. We had the problem with storage big time when we lived in Maryville, and here too, to a lesser degree. Now, most of our long term storage shit just lives in the garage.

I have quite a few positive mood songs...actually, I realised that the sad music scattered through my playlists was bringing me down, so I put together a playlist that only included music that was happy, or made me happy in some way. It's mostly silly, bouncy stuff that puts me in a good mood, but there's a few semi-motivational ones.

Amongst my highlights are:

Everything's Not Lost - Coldplay
Learn to Live With What You Are - Ben Folds (Absolutely BRILLIANT)
There's Always Someone Cooler Than You - Ben Folds (also brilliant *G*)
Pick Yer Nose - Ani DiFranco
I Am Alive...Just - Eddie Perfect (I uploaded this one cause it's not an easy song to find, and it's such a good description of what I've been through a few times, with a positive spin)

I don't have any particular plans at the moment for the first week of January, so if you need some help carrying stuff up your stairs or assembling flatpack furniture (I love IKEA *G*), give me a shout!
