Dancing Machine

I learned two new dance moves over the weekend. Ive been trying to learn them for awhile now but never really took the time to practice them. I ended up setting up a mirror in the basement and turning on loud music and just going to work. So if you see me ask and ill show um to ya.

Does this dance move involve the lean back? Cause I think any one can do that.
