The last couple weeks have actually been pretty good. The sick-blah was mostly in a dormant phase (may it stay that way), and so I've been able to do my normal activities -- I went to silks two weeks in a row, and squares

I actually saw some random picture of the opening crowd and was wondering if that was your hair! Of course it still might not be, but now I know that it's possible.

I think it bears repeating that it was great to see you too :) TJ was also, as high schools go, a pretty queer-friendly place. I think a lot of the queer was reasonably evident, just no one made a deal of it.

are you originally from the chi-town area? just curious. i'm gonna be spending some time with my extensive relative network in the city. i <3 chicago.

I'm not really originally from anywhere, actually. Growing up, my family moved every five years or so. My dad is originally from Chicago, though (and much of his family remains there), so I've spent a decent amount of time there, or at least in the north suburbs.

I'm doing okay. Health still not 100%, but not quite the constant energy lulls that I've had before.
