I started work this week. Work brings out the Marxist in me. We're doing this study about museums and how people use information...VERY subjective. I'm worried that there will be a helluva lot of problems with it. They told us about how important our jobs are for the project, and I was like "hmmm...if they're so important, why am I only paid $8

I wish I had the oppurtunity to take Bible as Literature, not because I actually care about the superstitions of 80% of our country. But because of the superstitions of the people who wrote English literature for a long time. And because of the influence, I need to know about the Bible. Eck. But, I certainly plan on doing graduate work and my PhD on modernist literature cuz its much less ooky.

Also, Maoism is seriously fucked up. They think gay people should reform themselves and that revolutionaries should be these aesetic, pseudo-pious people. I have no idea what is up with them. They should not be calling anyone "chairman," that is creepy.

THe Prof is good...but I took a class called Major Biblical Themes that was much better. We had weekly responses we e-mailed and I thought I learned more. Our prof. was also an awesome feminist catholic so I thought it was a good perspective. You might want to take that if you want to know about the bible. I took it cause I need a lit class...and there weren't any papers.

Haha...did you go to that protest? Yeah...I've read some stuff about them. The people I dealt with seemed cool..kinda pseudo anarchists that did FNBs - I don't know if they knew if it was a front group or not.

Is your prof David Brumble? He won the Bellet Award last year for teaching. My job is to go through the raw footage and categorize and timecode the material. He seemed like a real nice guy.
