if you were looking for me yesterday you should have checked Overlake emergency room. i was there until 2pm due to an asthma attack, likely triggered by sinusitis. After 5 treatments of nebulized salbutamol and 1 treatment of concentrated steroid drip i was able to be released. any way, bottom line new drugs...feeling much better now, thank you

yeah, it's really bummed me out that i haven't been able to really do much with crossfit this month. :(

i am trying to take it all in stride though. i see it as a temporary problem until the sinusitus get's taken care of. should be back on track for a summit trip in May!
