I saw family on Monday 28th December. We all had lunch out together, both daughters, their partners, Luca, his dad and Lainey too. Also a cousin, a nephew of Capt Ex, who is a doctor in Liverpool, a GP. He was very nice

I've known you be clumsy but socially inept? I don't think so. I know I used to enjoy all the social time we spent together going to pubs and restaurants and never saw anything that made me think you have anything other than normal personal/people interacting skills.

Someone else channel flicking IS irritating. Some people get very defensive when they're criticised - and even more defensive when they know they're in the wrong.

He does react very strongly to criticism, or even requests not to do or to do something, in the normal day to day stuff.
Also he is mostly in a lot of pain and his ability to go out or do much is very limited so he is snarling with pain and I sometimes feel snarled at, even if it's the pain. Or if he is pissed off about something he exudes what could be suffering pain or could be anger at me. And sometimes when challenged it is pain. Sometimes the other :).Plus anger at other drivers, the reception at the surgery and many other situations.

Possibly some undiagnosed and denied depression too.
