I'm feeling particularily upset today, for many reasons I suppose. I keep thinking of bad things, things that bring me down. It's been a long, hard day; I wish it would just end, but I'm not even tired. I've been so blank lately, it's like the only emotion I know is sad, and that's just not healthy. Maybe it's not even sad...it's just absent. Numb
