It's great that you're dedicated, but you need to challenge yourself to alter the habits before you burn out. You're already getting pain. Keep paper and pen by your bed to write a note or two, if ideas come late/early, and you can revisit them when you wake up.
You can train yourself. Your brain is an organ, but organs need to be tuned every once in a while. Take a break before you break yourself. :'c
