Right. You can tell me that sexism isn't rampant when CNN doesn't have a roundtable discussion about whether it was okay to call Hillary a "white bitch"-- that includes a pundit saying "some women deserve it". Yeah, the media isn't sexist at all.
Racism and sexism are both playing some really huge parts in this campaign. Acting as though one side is being shrill or making it up is unfair.
It's also really unfair to say that people who feel that sexism is rampant are being "militant". I'm a member of the ~new generation~ and god knows I've been seeing it everywhere. Am I allowed to bitch about the fact that she's made mistakes but the press is making her jump through hoops Obama doesn't have to?
How is the press making her jump through extra hoops? If any other candidate had lost 11 contests in a row at any point in these proceedings, they would have been forced out by the party. Saying that, and saying that MATHEMATICALLY, she doesn't have a snowman's chance in hell to win the nomination unless she convinces superdelegates to overturn the pledged delegates are just facts which the media is obliged to present
