Parvo is spread through feces, but it can be on the ground just, like, anywhere where some infected feces were up until a year ago. It can catch onto people's shoes, clothes, whatever, and then if those people come into contact with vulnerable puppies (IE, puppies who are no longer nursing, but who haven't completed their vaccinations yet, and well, it depends on the individual puppy's immune system)... So, yeah. He's back with the breeder for treatment, but while the general survival rate of Parvo is around 70%-80%, for Dobermans, Pinschers, and maybe a couple other breeds, and very small puppies (which Loki qualifies as...), it's only about 30%-50%. I guess we'll know in a few days if he's going to make it or not. My poor little puppy... :-(
Good luck, beautiful. I am hoping for the best. I'm not one of those "power of faith" guys (what, you couldn't guess?), but I want everything to go as well as possible. Just as you asked, I'm crossing my fingers for Loki. (Seriously. Right now.)

Look after him... If, God forbid, he doesn't pull through, send him off knowing someone cares about him.
Fingers crossed for both of you.

Ergo, my fingers are crossed, as are my toes, my legs, and my eyes.
