actually, being impeached just means you are put on trial while in presidency to determine whether or not you should be ousted. even if you remain president, it's still impeachment. which is weird, i know, since it's usually used the other way!

okay, wait...

i just looked this up on webster's to see which it was, and how confusing... it has both!? how can both be impeachment?
that doesn't make sense to me! if both ways of using it are correct, than that's gonna cause a helluva lot of confusion to say a president was "impeached"!

i think he's sick and twisted and even though i hated clinton i would SO rather see him as president than fucking BUSH. he has no idea what he's doing, and he has no conscience.

i admit i don't know that much about political affairs; but i would really like to learn more about it. i want to be able to have an actual discussion without feeling totally left in the dark.

actually; me too! the truth is that although i have urges to speak up for what i believe in politically, i tend to do it only on "safer" forums like this one which is mine and i control. that is because i don't want my position to sound foolish and there are some people that when you get into those kinds of discussions with them they know all the right jargon to make you sound like an idiot, you know? i should take a political science class so that i, too, would know all the official terms to bandy about. :)
