Oh hooray! You got to see them and the "heartbreak hotel" bus, which I haven't seen yet but have heard the whole saga of. Where did you see them, Fogartyville I assume?

The just opened a Cold Stone in Channelside (Tampa). There's always an amazingly long line, but worth the wait.

As for performing, when I lived in Nashville, I hit every open mike night avaliable. It's great experience and the other performers can be really supportive.

Cold Stone Creamery... thelichen January 31 2004, 13:16:20 UTC
There have been a bunch of those popping up all over Long Island, but I haven't gotten the chance to go yet... I really should, because from what I've heard it's soooo amazing. Their website makes my heart stop... oh man, artery clogging yummy goodness.

My family went to a similar creamery in San Luis Obispo when we went to California a few years ago, but it wasn't Cold Stone... still, freshly baked cones, ingredients mixed in by hand right in front of you... <3

We have a Cold Stone here, and we finally went one night last week. To be honest, I wasn't that fond of it. I think it is because I prefer Maggie Moo's, which we have been going to for several years. Same concept, but better ice cream.
