No, "THEY" can't, depending on where you are. There are large chunks of Maine with no cell services, such as most of the Allagash Wilderness Waterway. :)

Jackman *finally* got cell service 2 weeks ago. I kid you not, they didn't have it until then--big fight between a couple of cellphone service providers and the tower in Jackman was held for "ransom" in the process.
