Hello! I'm not dead, in fact I still read my flist every day, I just don't produce anything worth posting. Still studying hard, and living life, and doing therapy and all that, and in the evenings, when I'm not doing social things, I feel the need for mindless entertainment, so a couple of weeks ago I thought, hey, why not check out that show

I've watched from the beginning and am still enjoying it c. season 8. There's always a few dud episodes/season but overall, the cast keeps it afloat - they've always cast guest actors very well.

Are you going to venture into S6? More interesting Cas stuff.

I dunno - I looked into a couple of early S6 episodes but they seemed drastically less good. I heard that apparently many fans think S6 is not that good but then it gets better again. I'm spoiled for how Cas's storyline goes on and it sounds interesting (also: more Crowley - I'd be up for that even if he is irredeemably evil) , but for now I don't have the heart to continue.

I refuse to get sucked into the yawning vortex that is SPN, but I'm glad you're alive and well! And let me know if you need to talk about your incredibly hardcore academic adventuring, which sounds stressful, yet also awesome.

Yeah, I recently started watching Supernatural too and have now watched all of the seasons and gotten completely into it. Castiel is my favorite character. I adore him and completely ship him and Dean. Their chemistry is amazing. And Gabriel is awesome too! The humor in Supernatural is so great. And all the meta episodes! I've never seen a show this meta before, it's really clever and kind of brilliant. And I know you said you haven't seen season 6 but, if you like the meta stuff and funny stuff, make sure to watch "The French Mistake." It's hilarious!
