Life is good. I cleaned the fridge (which could have been used as a particularly disgusting prop in a horror film), ironed, vacuumed, and I'm still in a good mood. Amazing!:D Maybe that unflagging optimism has something to do with the fact that today I've managed to finish a Casey/Zeke vignette I started writing two months ago

You're too kind! I don't think energy is the right word to describe how I spent the day, honestly; I kind of sauntered from a task to another, stopping every 15 minutes to read or make tea... Not exactly the picture of energy.:)

eeee! I really liked this! I sort of want to read some epic romance C/Z that takes place in high school, you know like those romance books of my youth! :) This sort of captured a tiny bit of such a story! :)

Thank you! High school romances have always fascinated me, mostly because American high schools are such an exotic setting for me. The atmosphere in our Gymnasiums (the word is German and has nothing to do with gymnastics) is completely different; only the smartest students are allowed to go to Gymnasium, so it's hard to find a brainless jock in Swiss high schools.:)

This is lovely, rescuing our poor bullied boy. I enjoyed seeing Zeke intimidate and delight Casey at the same time. He tends to do that :-) The large hand around Casey's head was very controllingly sexy. And I loved the "Gabe-shaped door"! Brilliant laconic Zeke delivery. And all the little stroking touches *swoon*

Er... yes, I did mean it. I wrote the first draft without noticing the double entendre, but I didn't miss it when I read the fic a second time. I'm bad, so I decided to keep it.:)

Wow! That's simply wonderful, dear. I read it I-don't-know-how-many-times and I love it more and more and more. I like Zeke being so comforting, protecting and this CRIES for a sequel (as Casey said - when he is able to open both eyes)...
It simply feels real and ... did I tell you I love it?I love it!!!
