sana naman wala na ung burning pee thing. ibalato nalang ni God yan sayo :P
as for early retirement, try considering mutual funds and variable life insurance contracts. i got a 20% annual return on mine. i would have earned more if i was a smarter investor, but anyway, there's always a next time :D
