Wanted: Perfect Neighbors

I've been really unhappy with my new neighbors.  They've been loud every night since they moved in.  This experience with the new neighbors (And some of the current neighbors I dislike) made me want to do this little exercise.  What kind of neighbors do I want?  What would an ad for them look like?

Sounds like I'd make a perfect neighbor, wahahaha! You can actually talk to your neighbors regarding the noise. Like sit down with them and talk like adults. Though there are so many adults who think like children, really.

Haha actually when I finished writing this, I said "Hey, this kinda sounds like Froggy!"
