Seeing as how I went through grad school too, I think I can relate a bit to prioritizing and such. My best advice is to rank things in order of importance, set aside a certian amount of time to work on it (i'm gonna work on project A for an hour, and project B for half an hour) and stick to it. It is also really important to give yourself little treats/breaks. When I was working on writing my thesis, I would get up at 7am and write until 12am the following night. The only reason I was able to do it was because I would give myself little breaks in between. If you treat yourself, then you give yourself something to look forward to (If I work on this until 2pm, for instance, then I get to go out and get some ice cream). Grad school is tough, but you will be proud of yourself if you stick it out and do a good job. Miss you 'manda!
