[video turns back on and he's still looking kind of panicky, but sort of getting worried for France, noting the handkerchief at his face and the light redness to his cheeks]

Ah- oui. Ahem. [Sits up and rubs his mouth briefly before putting the handkerchief aside, looking back at the camera.]

I am in good health, thank you. And yourself? What were you saying earlier- something of great importance?

I'm... glad you're not ill... [looks relieved, now knowing that France isn't sick, and shakes his head slightly] I'm fine and I wasn't going to say anything important. I was just... [looks away a little, embarrassed] N-Never mind... it wasn't important at all.

[ Leaning in towards the camera, as if that'll help him see better. ]
