As for the necklace, it's Urban Outfitters (via eBay, because they're from a few seasons ago and sold out quickly) You can find similar ones for cheaper, however. Do a search for "swallow necklace" on eBay and you should find both silver and gold ones. I get so many compliments on the thing, it's crazy.
