I've been waiting for this to end before I read it (because I hate waiting on WIPs) ad then I saw that you posted the last bit, so here I am at the end. :-)

I really enjoyed this. The way you fit the Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde story in was very creative. And the writing is great!

Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, sorry about that, blame my absentee muse who is currently nursing a three week drunk hangover and a case of Montezuma's Revenge...serves him right!

Oh well glad you stuck with it to the end and enjoyed the journey...I know making it a happy ending was a bit of a sell out but I hated how the other one ended. Showing why RLS is a legend and I am a hack LOL!

Haha!

Well... Dr. Jekyll wasn't John Watson, so...

:-P

Though I would've accepted a sad ending, too. :-)

*sigh*

I'm glad both Harold Ives and Howard Ives have come to an end (and that John has remained one BAMF!).

Thank you for closing this little piece of intrigue and letting that little corner of my mind worrying over the continuing existence of Howard Ives be put to rest.

Glad I could help! I am happy that you weren't one of those disturbed souls who actually preferred Ives over Watson LOL!

that lot makes me nervous!

Congrats Bart!

Having the Ives and Watson personae reconcile provides a very satisfying conclusion.

Now that your muse has returned, I recommend you chain him to the desk and put him on a strict regimen of creative writing, augmented, when deserving, by rations of cigars and strong liquor!

Right now he is nursing a monster hangover and dealing with Montezuma's revenge...serves him right...I bought cheap toilet paper and hid the black out drapes until he finishes up some other projects!

anyway...glad you enjoyed the conclusion!
