The manager of the new gym has me on a new programme from this week: focussing on two muscle groups per session, each group undergoing three sets of 4-6 different exercises. I would write more, but my triceps have fallen off and I'm typing this with my nose.

That's more than a little unclear. Do you mean that for each group you do three sets of each of the 4-6 different exercises = ~15 sets per muscle group? Or is it *three* sets total (per group) chosen out of a pool of 4-6 different exercises (per group)? Or none of the above ( ... )

Surely an experienced gym rat like yourself would know what I mean? :) The first interpretation is correct: three sets of every single exercise, with 4-6 different exercises recommended for each muscle group.

I'm not at all familiar with existing conspiracy theories about the Catholic Church, so I found Dan Brown's ideas pretty intriguing. No doubt, the idea of Christ having biological descendants must seem pretty blasphemous, but I don't know... The Buddha, Prophet Muhammad and Chang Tien Tse (founder of Taoism) all had kids, so it doesn't sound that outrageous to me. :) The Buddha's son became a monk himself and never married, so that was the end of that lineage. I read that Chang Tien Tse's descendants live in Taiwan today. I wonder what it's like to have Divine ancestors?
