the poor pup

So behind me (literally) is this house with way too many pets. There back yard is filled with junk and they have about 4 cages filled with parakeets and parrots a yappy dog. I want to focus on the dog...because right now he's doing his daily morning yap!. This thing has been going off for days. He is so annoying

When I started reading this I had a flashback and started smelling this person's house that lived by us in WA... they had a lot of pets too.. tons of birds that flew around the house, a goat, pig, dogs, cats.. it was like a barn IN their house. It stunk so bad.. like rotten peanuts stirred in urine.. oh god..

yeah, that is horrible to do to that little dog. I hope that the humane society does something about it. I think they can do something about constant caging though, it is abuse.
